I began a very regular yoga practice on January 1, 2011. After
experiencing the benefits of aligning body mind and spirit for
myself, by bringing yoga into my daily life, I wanted to share
yoga with everyone. My love and passion for yoga paired with
a desire to deepen my practice and knowledge of yoga inspired
me to become a certified teacher.
Having completed my 1st yoga training at Nor Cal Yoga Institute
in IDY (Integrative Dynamic Yoga), I am already a Yoga Alliance
200 RYT and am currently attending my 2nd training, an Advanced
Studies Training (May 2016 completion) with Paula Barros, DC
(Anusara), Rex Stromness (vinyasa and ashtanga), and Tom Hess
(Iyengar). I have, also, attended many workshops as part of
my Continuing Education and plan on attending more in the future.
of January 4, 2016, I have been teaching yoga for a year. My
classes can vary in level as well as style. Breath, alignment,
grounding/centering, meditation, mindfulness, vinyasa flow,
holding poses, restorative postures are a few things that may
be experienced in a class with me.
