Healing Sounds: an approach to overcome and thrive

This is a great opportunity to learn how to create new neuropathways to increase your overall wellness, tap into your resiliency, re-set your nervous system, and activate your parasympathetic responses - also called the "rest and restore" functions of your body. These responses or functions are key to your healing process and wellbeing.

Emiliano is a multi-instrumentalist musician from Argentina and has been facilitating Sound Healing events for the last 11 years. He will guide you through simple but powerful breathing & relaxation techniques in order to prepare you for the Sound Bath. Emiliano also teaches Resiliency Skills at Butte College helping people who have experienced traumatic life events.

Jesse Spallina is a VSA sound healing practitioner and founder of 432 in Chico.  Over the past three years, he has been practicing Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and Gongs.  He has been providing sound healing to Butte County residents since the Camp Fire and recently began traveling to perform around the North State.

All music will be performed live with the following musical instruments: Didgeridoo, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs and more!
