Spira Yoga School has consistently offered high quality yoga education for the past 5 years. Next year, the Yoga Center of Chico is hosting Spira's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. This local training course will feature leading yoga teachers from Northern California while following Spira's established, Yoga Alliance accredited curriculum.
