This will be an ongoing group discussion meeting of Yoga Philosophy. LIGHT on LIFE by BKS Iyengar is the next text we will discuss. Light on Life, is BKS Iyengar’s classic book on yoga. The text looks at the spiritual seeker in terms of the kosha’s or layers of the body. Physical Body, Energy Body, Mental Body, Intellectual, Divine.
